Invitation: Feature as an Established Creator @ Reconstellation

We’d like to invite you to feature as an “Established Creator” in Reconstellation!
There are several ways this paid opportunity could take shape across dates in early December 2025 and mid-February 2026. If you’re interested please read on!
Minimum involvement is typically an online session where you discuss aspects of your creative process and feature in a facilitated Q&A discussion.
Below is our current group of Established Creators, some of whom you might recognize including Spencer Greenberg, Lydia Laurenson, Logan Strohl, Kaj Sotala, and Damon Pourtahmaseb-Sasi. We're planning to ask about 3-6 more people to feature.
What’s Reconstellation?
Reconstellation is a 90-day online camp where a cohort of people receive infrastructural, programmatic and community support as they take on a passion project (e.g. starting a blog, defining their organizational mission, creating a workshop).
Our approaches and program design emphasize important inner work, creative strategizing, peer support, and intentional real-world experimentation.
By the end, we aim for the participants to have made progress on their projects, but also have developed a deeper repertoire of methods and learnings for their next pursuit.
The first half of the program is about exploration and intention-setting, while the second half is about commitment, execution, and responding to what comes up in the real world.
What participants create as a result of this program is important, but Reconstellation ultimately prizes the lessons learned and self-discovery that can be taken with for the future.
Where you could come in
We’d love for our program to feature a select group of “established creators” who have clearly wrestled with the many challenges that come with producing ambitious creative works.
Through our coaching work helping leaders and industry luminaries find the creative inspiration to grapple with complex challenges and aspirations, we have a real respect for what your journey must have been like. (You can find more about who we are here)
And given that our program focuses so much on exploration of the creative process, we have good reason to think you’d have a lot to share that could be helpful and inspiring for our cohort to hear.
Our cohort would love to hear your thoughts on:
-
Internal changes that may have been very important for your creative process, and even your life overall.
-
How your practice of creativity has affected other areas of your life
-
What you consider to be the essential elements of your creative process
-
How you have arranged your life and circumstances in order to have the space to create consistently
-
Challenges that others in a similar place may encounter and your strategies for overcoming them
Reasons why you might want to get involved:
-
If you haven’t already, this could be a great way to reflect (more) on your creative process, which we know can be beneficial in numerous ways, potentially including:
-
Holding the process differently/better for the next time around
-
Opening up this deeper aspect of yourself to your audience
-
Forming appreciation for how far you’ve come
-
Some satisfaction from making sense of your journey
-
And surely there’s more ~
-

-
Helping shape the personalized co-created curriculum of our participants
-
Introducing us to funders who would like to help this program grow

Organizing external opportunities for our participants (either learning or practical, such as networking events)
-
Helping our participants find platforms and/or audiences for their work
-
Other ideas you might have!
-
We’re also open to working with different hourly rates and arrangements. As a 501(c)(3), it will be difficult for us to go too far beyond the rates listed above.
December 1st is our start date. Most of our established creator events would take place between early December 2025 and mid-February 2026.
Please let me know if this is interesting to you and anyone else that you think would be a good fit!
